Two days prior to your scheduled appointment at Grossmont Family Medical Group, you will receive and automated call.  If you are not home it will leave a message reminding you of your appointment.  If you are home, please listen to the entire message and confirm or cancel your appointment. If you cancel your appointment you will receive a call from our staff to make sure that is what you really want to do.  Our reminder system does not work with rotary phones, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
